Service Agreement
1. Introduction
This Service Agreement governs the relationship between My1000Home and hosts who list their services on our platform.
2. Host Obligations
- Provide accurate and up-to-date listing information
- Deliver services as described in the listing
- Maintain professional conduct with guests
- Respond to booking requests in a timely manner
- Comply with all applicable local laws and regulations
3. Commission Structure
My1000Home charges a 10% commission on each completed booking. This fee is automatically deducted from the payment before it is transferred to the host.
4. Payment Schedule
Host payments are processed after successful completion of the booked service. Funds are transferred within 3-5 business days to the host payment account.
5. Listing Approval
All listings are subject to review and approval by My1000Home. We reserve the right to reject or remove listings that do not meet our quality standards or violate our policies.
6. Prohibited Services
Hosts may not list illegal services, services that violate local laws, or any services that may harm guests or the community.
7. Account Suspension
My1000Home reserves the right to suspend or terminate host accounts that violate this agreement or receive consistent negative reviews.
8. Intellectual Property
Hosts retain ownership of their listing content. By submitting content to My1000Home, hosts grant us a license to display and promote their listings on our platform.
