Refund & Cancellation Policy
1. Cancellation by Guest
Cancellation policies vary by listing and are set by individual hosts. Please review the specific cancellation policy displayed on each listing before booking.
2. Standard Cancellation Terms
- Free cancellation: Cancel up to 48 hours before the booking for a full refund.
- Late cancellation: Cancellations within 48 hours of the booking may not be eligible for a refund.
- No show: No refund will be issued for no-shows.
3. Cancellation by Host
If a host cancels a confirmed booking, the guest will receive a full refund. My1000Home may impose penalties on hosts who frequently cancel bookings.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
5. Disputes
If you have a dispute regarding a booking or refund, please contact us at info@my1000home.com. We will do our best to resolve the issue fairly.
6. Service Fee
My1000Home service fees (10% commission) are non-refundable once a booking is completed.
