Ücrete faturalar dahildir. Oda ve ev komple eşyalıdır. Ayrıca evde ihtiyaç duyulabilinecek tüm eşyalar, doğalgaz, internet gibi imkanlar mevcuttur. Tek istediğimiz genel ortak yaşam kurallarına, temizlik ve ödeme konusundakii hassasiyetlere dikkat edilmesidir. alkol, arkadaş getirme gibi kısıtlarımız yoktur.
